Over the past two years, Bond Clarke has acted for Easyfairs on multiple key deals, including the acquisitions of Southern Manufacturing & Electronics in January 2024, UK Metals Expo in December 2024, Digital Accountancy in March 2025, and ChemUK in September 2025.
Bond Clarke has also advised on Easyfairs’ first North American acquisition, the EPC Energy Projects Conference & Expo in December 2025, as well as the disposal of Futurebuild to Media 10 in January 2026.
These transactions, many of which have been delivered within tight timeframes and have involved complex corporate, commercial and tax considerations, reflect Easyfairs’ dynamic acquisition strategy and its strong market position.
